Whenever you require multiple individuals to work towards a common goal, there is a potential for conflict. Even if the group has worked well in the past, a change in the team can cause performance changes. A team report can help identify where the conflict may originate from, and conversations can be started on how to address them.
For team reports, there are three options for you to choose from: DISC, 12 Driving Forces®, and Talent Insights®. Once you have the individual reports for the type you want, we can create the report, follow the steps here to do so!
