Being able to assign TTI Success Insights products to your team members and/or clients via Learn is an add-on feature. To assign products after setting up the user registration credits, follow the below instructions.
To add registration credits, sign in to Learn. Hover over “Manage Users" at the top of the page and select “Enroll Users” from the drop-down menu.
The Enroll Users page has a list of the product-based groups that have been created from setting up the user registration credits. Locate the group that the user(s) need to be assigned to and check to make sure the quantity of user registrations left is more than the number of individuals that need to be registered. Then click on the group name or Manage Users button to assign the new user(s) to that group.
Note: If product groups have not been set up yet or additional user registration credits are needed, refer to this article.
Scroll down on the page and select the Enroll New User button on the right-hand side of the page to assign the product to a new user(s).
Please note: The platform will automatically send an email to the new user with instructions to log in when a product is assigned. The email feature can be turned off in 'Settings' and the user will not be automatically notified of the product assignment.
Select the “Enroll New User” button on the right-hand side of the page to assign the product to an individual.
Type in the first name, last name, and email address of the individual, then click the “Submit” button to enroll the user in the product. To add several users at once, click "Add more users" and enter the additional information before hitting submit.
Tip: To add a large number of users at once, use the "Upload via CSV" option to import and automatically register the users in the product.
