When looking at your report options for a link, you may wonder what the various assessments are. Here is a brief overview.
The Talent Insights is a two-science report, taking the DISC and 12 Driving Forces® for a respondent and presenting them in an integrated report, providing a better picture of the individual. This is one of our most popular multi-science reports, as it has many applications in hiring, team development, and job benchmarking.
TriMetrix reports are the next step in getting to know the respondent. These reports integrate three sciences into one report, allowing you to focus on specific aspects of the person for an even more complete picture of that individual. All of our TriMetrix reports start with DISC and 12 Driving Forces. From there the reports add Emotional Intelligence(EQ), Competencies(DNA), or Acumen(ACI).
If three sciences are not enough of an insight, or if your client wants even more from the report, the TriMetrix HD contains DISC, 12 Driving Forces, DNA, and ACI. It is important to note, that if you want to use TriMetrix ACI or HD, you will have to be actively certified in the science.
