This is a free feature that all our VAA’s and associates can utilize to compare their candidate's data against specific job scores.
These scores can come from a current benchmark already loaded in your IDS account or you can create a set of criteria on your own
Start by logging into your IDS account, then click Candidate Match along the top row.
Pick from a benchmark that’s already established or create your own custom one from the list to the left.
Add in the score ranges in the low and high fields. For example- If the ideal match for this job is to score 80 in Collaborative, the range I might use would be a Low score of 70 and a High score of 90 as my range.
Note- You do not need to put a score for every item- just the ones that you view are most important in regard to the job position being benchmarked.
Lastly, compare the candidate's data in a pool to see a broader view of how it lines up with the job benchmark. You can select an entire account or a specific link.
Please be aware that this does not generate a report- it is meant to give you a quick glance to match candidates.
