A great tool to start a dialogue.
Unlike a Team Report, a Comparison Report is limited to just two people. This report type takes the reports of the selected individuals and places them side by side, page for page. This allows you as a coach or a supervisor to show the selected individuals how to work together, where things will be easier for them and how to work to avoid and overcome any conflicts that may arise between them.
Like any of our combined reports, such as Team Reports, you can only create comparison reports for specific assessments, but they can be created from any report that has the sciences in the report (can make a TTI Talent Insights comparison from two TTI TriMetrix reports). For Comparison reports, you can select from the following reports in the resulting report:
- DISC only
- TTI Talent Insights®
- TTI TriMetrix® DNA
- TTI TriMetrix HD
You cannot do a comparison between a complimentary and normal report, you will need to convert the complementary to a normal report. If you need help converting, please see this article.
