What report types can I use for Benchmarking?
Job reports can be created in the following versions: Talent Insights, TriMetrix® DNA, TriMetrix HD, TriDNA Legacy, and TriMetrix HD Legacy.
Please note that the TriMetrix HD reports will not be available unless you are certified to use that assessment.
Where can I find sample job reports?
All sample reports are available on my.ttisi.com, under the Products and Tools page. From there select the report style you will use and select the Sample Reports option. For example, the TriMetrix DNA sample reports can be found here.
What is an MR report?
An MR, or Multi-Respondent report is the result of combining several job reports together and averaging their answers to create a single benchmark. For more details on how to create this kind of report, please see this article.
Why do I not have a job report in my IDS account?
Before you can access the report, we require you to be trained on the benchmarking process with our tools, please reach out to a Solutions Consultant and we can start the process. Once completed, the reports will be made available to you for your use.
What is a Key Accountabilities worksheet?
The Key Accountability worksheet is designed to help Subject Matter Experts (SME's) narrow down the most important aspects of a job as a part of the benchmarking process. The worksheet can be found at the bottom of this page on my.ttisi.com.
How do you use the KA worksheet?
At a minimum the worksheet is meant to help:
- List 5 most important aspects of the job.
- Rate them from the most important aspects to the least.
- The percentage of time spent doing this activity, should equal 100% for a typical day.

How many candidates can I compare on a Job/Talent Comparison report?
The Job/Talent Comparison report can compare up to 5 candidates against the benchmark simultaneously. To create this report, please follow these steps.
Can I customize a job report?
Yes, the report can be customized after being created. To do so, submit the requested changes in the Custom Job Benchmark page on my.ttisi.com, under resources. Or follow this link to go to the page directly.

Is there a charge for the custom benchmark?
Yes, it is equal to the cost of the job report.
Can the candidate use the same link that the SME uses?
No, you will need a separate link for each group. See the next question for more details.
What kind of links do I need to set up for benchmarking in IDS?
You will need a link for the Subject Matter Experts to create the job reports and a link for the candidates that will create a standard report. Both links need to use the same report style, for example, if you are using a TriMetrix DNA Job report to create the benchmark, the candidate link must be a TriMetrix DNA link.
What is the difference between a Job Questionnaire and a Talent Questionnaire?
The Job Questionnaire is about the position and is answered by the SME's.
The Talent Questionnaire is answered by the candidate about themselves, it is the normal questionnaire standard links use.

Can I create a benchmark with only one SME?
Yes, the job report becomes the benchmark.
Can I create a gap report from only one job report?
Yes, the job report becomes the benchmark.
How much should I charge for a Benchmark?
That can be found on page 3 of the current price sheet, if you do not have one, you can download it from the home page of my.ttisi.com.
Can I convert a Job report into a Talent Report?
Unfortunately, that is not possible as they use different questionnaires to create the reports. If you have someone take the wrong report, they will need to retake the correct one.
What is the difference between a GAP and Job/Talent Comparison report?
A GAP report compares one candidate against the benchmark, while the Job/Talent Comparison report can put up to 5 candidates against the benchmark simultaneously.
What is the best use of each?
