The Re-Imagined TTI DNA® Report
The Re-Imagined TTI DNA® Report is a complete rebuild of TTI’s competencies assessment, designed to deliver clearer insights, stronger relevance, and immediate real-world application.
Developed in collaboration with Trevor O’Sullivan (TTI Australia & New Zealand Master Distributor), this updated report helps individuals quickly understand how their skills show up at work, and what to do next.
The new DNA Report features:
- A fully redesigned, modern report layout
- Dynamic, personalized language
- Built-in coaching tips and development actions

Registration for training will open in June 2026, and the previous DNA report will remain supported through the end of 2027. The TriMetrix HD training class on June 3 will have the updated DNA as part of it.

Report Features & Differences
How Is the Re-imagined DNA Report Different From the Previous Version?
This is a ground-up rebuild, not a cosmetic refresh.
Key improvements include:
- Removal of overlap and repetition between competencies
- Clear, specific, and positive language focused on real behaviors
- A redesigned structure that translates skills into actionable insights
The result is a report that is easier to understand, easier to coach, and easier to apply in the workplace.
How Are Skills Organized in the New DNA Report?
The 25 competencies are now grouped into three intuitive domains:
- Relating: Builds trust, connection, and collaboration
- Thinking: Supports analysis, creativity, and decision-making
- Working: Drives execution, initiative, and results
This structure helps individuals quickly identify where their strengths naturally cluster.
How Do You Read the Skill Feedback?
Each competency follows a consistent, easy-to-follow format:
- What the skill is
- How it currently shows up
- What others may notice
- Practical ways to develop or adjust it
The focus is on real workplace application, not abstract theory.
How Does the Report Handle High and Low Scores?
High scores are not always “good.” The report highlights top strengths and how those strengths may create challenges if overextended
Lower-ranked skills are not framed as failures, either. The report highlights alternative approaches, identifies hidden strengths, and positions development as a choice, not a judgment.
What Does the Skill Hierarchy Mean?
The hierarchy reflects which skills are most active right now.
It doesn’t mean abilities are fixed; it simply helps focus conversations on what is currently influencing behavior and performance.
Why the Re-Imagined DNA Report Matters
The new DNA Report transforms competencies from a static list into a clear, actionable story about how someone connects with others, thinks, solves problems, and gets work done
This redesign makes insights easier to trust, explain, and act on.
Why Is This Important for Partners and Organizations?
The Re-imagined DNA Report:
- Simplifies complex skill data into meaningful conversations
- Enhances coaching and development effectiveness
- Improves alignment between people and roles
- Provides practical, ready-to-use growth strategies
It also includes condition and trigger prompts, along with real-world growth activities—helping turn insight into immediate action.
