How can I monitor my client's progress? (Learn Subscription)

The Learn platform gives you the ability to monitor the progress of your clients.

Monitoring Progress

 

Once entering your Learn account, you can hover over the words “Manage User” on the top menu bar. Click on “Progress Reporting” from the menu options.

 

All of your currently enrolled clients will be listed directly on this page. From this page, you are able to filter your clients either by the course, or by the user name. Once you've chosen your preferred filter, press the "Filter" button to populate the results.




In this list, you will see the list of users. In the example of filtering by course, there will be two different ways their progress will be presented. It will show up as a percent of progress or if they have not yet accessed or started the course, it will say "Not Started".

As you keep scrolling, you will see a list of the users within the course, and the most recent activities of your clients.
