Accidentally have someone take an assessment with the wrong link? We can fix that.
If an assessment ends up in the wrong part of your account, if you need to organize your account, or for any other number of reasons you may run into that requires a report to be moved, the process is very easy. That said, the system to move the information is only available to TTISI staff, so please reach out to us for assistance.
There are a couple of ways to reach out to us. If the matter is not urgent, you can send an email to support@ttisi.com with your PS number, the client's name(s), the link the report(s) is/are in, and the link you want them to end up in, and we will get the request completed before the end of the next business day.
You may also submit a request for this report to be moved, deleted, or a link to be moved by going to this link and filling out the required information.
