Why should I buy the subscription?
There are a few places that can give you more information before purchasing the subscription. Within Knowledge Base we have another document titled "TTI SI Learn and How can it Help Me?".
You can also visit the Learn Subscription page in the Marketplace directly within Learn. There is a ton of information to give you more details about how to use it along with the different ways you can pay for it.

Where can I learn more on how to use the subscription?
We have plenty of resources to help you get started using your subscription. Click on this link to visit our "Getting Started" page on Learn. Or you can also go through the Knowledge Base, and type "learn" into the search bar. We are consistently adding more resources here to help you with maximizing the potential of this platform. How do I turn off auto-renew?
When in your account, click on the profile button at the top right of the page. From there, you can select "My Subscription" from the menu at the left. You will see the Auto renew toggle underneath your next payment date. Click on it and the toggle will slide in the other direction. If you see the blue, your renewal is On. If it is gray, your renewal has been turned Off.
Your auto-renew date is located on this page next to "Next payment date". If this is not turned off, you will be charged for the renewal on the date shown.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription a few ways. If you want to keep the option you have already paid for, but cancel any future payments, you can simply turn off the auto-renew option as shown above.
Alternatively, you may change your subscription plan (month-to-month, 6-month access, etc) by clicking "Upgrade or Downgrade" on the My Subscription page.

How do I update my payment method?
Click the profile button at the top of the page, then select "Payment Methods" from the left menu bar.
Where can I view my past orders?
Click the profile button at the top of the page, then click on "Orders." You will see a list of the last orders you've placed and be able to view more by clicking the "View" button.
How do I Upgrade/Downgrade my Account?
If you purchased the month-to-month or 6 Month Access Learn subscription, you have the option to upgrade to your chosen subscription level. Alternatively, if your subscription is about to expire and you would like to move to a shorter access timeframe, you may downgrade. Both options are available by hovering over Marketplace on the top menu bar and selecting Learn Subscription. Choose the payment option that best meets your needs, and click "Upgrade My Account".

What happens to my clients if I cancel my subscription?
When you cancel or let your subscription expire, your clients will lose access to their courses. Please ensure that they have completed their training before the expiration date.
