What is a Job Report?

When creating a benchmark, getting the input of Subject Matter Experts is a big step. A job report is the tool we have to collect their input.

A Job report will allow a team (3-5) of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to be assessed on the position allowing the client to identify the traits of the position.

First, we create a link for the Job Reports and select the report that fits the level of the role, with higher-level positions likely needing more sciences. The reports available are:

  • Talent Insights® Job 
  • TriMetrix® Legacy Job 
  • TriMetrix DNA Job
  • TriMetrix ACI Job
  • TriMetrix HD Job

Ask each SME to take the assessment.  Once complete, the reports are then combined into the benchmark for the position.
