Your client has narrowed the field to the final candidates, and now they want to see how they stack up against each other. Here is a great way to see how they match the job at the same time.
The Job/Talent Comparison Report is a great way to see how all candidates match up to the benchmark side by side.
To create this report, navigate to your IDS account. At the top of the page, click "Report Management".
From the dropdown menu, select "Create Job/Talent Comparison".
Select the report type that matches your benchmark.
Select your Benchmark for the position and select "Continue".
Select the candidates reports and select "Continue".
On the last page, verify the correct people and benchmark are selected, name the report, and select the link to store the report in. Click "Compare Reports Now".
Please note that the report will generate a charge.
