Integrated HRIS and ATS Platforms with TTI Success Insights Assessments

Has a client asked you to help integrate the TTI assessments into their third-party software, such as a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) or Applicant Tracking System (ATS)? You don’t have to be an expert in technology to assist your clients.

TTI Success Insights has a few different options for helping integrate our assessments into online platforms where we let the experts at Joynd take care of the details.

How do I help my client?

Not to worry, you don’t have to be an expert in technology! We’ve partnered with the experts to help make this an easy process. You’re simply a steward, asking questions and helping to connect them with the proper people at the right time.


Step 1. Verify your client is looking for information about integrating assessments into an already-existing HRIS or ATS system.


Step 2. Ask the client which system they are using and want to have integrated with their assessments.

Step 3. Determine which track to follow.



Track 1) Rapid Deployment

  1. Visit this website https://www.joynd.io/ttisi-marketplace
  2. Look for your client's system from those listed. If their System is not listed, jump to Track 2.
  3. Click on the “explore” button for the System your client is utilizing. 
    1. This page will give you a few details regarding the specific integration including

      1. “What does the integration look like” and
      2. “How to get started”

            b. Confirm this meets the desired expectations and requirements of your client.


4. Scroll down and complete the form designated for this HR System, which is part of the rapid development program, in its entirety (there are two pages). Joynd will reach out to you for the appropriate next steps.



Track 2) The company does not fall under the list for rapid deployment. 

This means Joynd will work directly with your client to understand the request and scope of the project. The integration may require a new solution for that project as well as possible fees associated with it. Joynd will work directly with the system provider and your client to create a clear scope and bring TTI Success Insights in when appropriate (usually near the end). 


  1. Follow this link and complete the form (or direct your client) to initiate a connection with the Joynd team and let them know you would like more information 

2. TTI Success Insights will be notified when the team at Joynd determines it appropriate

Looking to work with ADP?

If your client uses ADP, reach out to ADP directly and let them know you’d like to integrate with TTI Success Insights. Our internal team has worked with this platform in the past and can work directly with them moving forward, however, the conversation must be initiated with their system first. In most cases, asking the client to reach out to their contact at ADP follows the preferred workflow design.

Glossary of terms:

  • ATS: An applicant tracking system (ATS) is software for recruiters and employers to track candidates throughout the recruiting and hiring process.
  • HRIS/HRMS:  HRIS stands for Human Resource Information System and HRMS stands for Human Resource Management System. Both of these systems are used to manage Human Resource documentation.
  • Joynd:  An integration platform that allows employers to share data between their Human Resource and assessment sytems.
  • API Key:  “An application programming interface key is a unique identifier used to authenticate a user, developer, or calling program to an API.” It is often the last step to verify the receiving of data from the assessment system. 
  • API/API Integration:  API stands for application programming interface and it functions to ensure that separate platforms can seamlessly share data. It is essentially the bridge that connects the HRMS/ATS systems to our IDS/Admin platform. The definition states that it is “...a messenger that processes requests and ensures seamless functioning of enterprise systems. API enables interaction between data, applications, and devices. It delivers data and facilitates connectivity between devices and programs.”
