After initially beginning your certification exam, there may be any number of reasons for you to exit the Learn platform before you have answered all of the questions.
The Learn platform saves your certification exam progress every 5 seconds, so you can start and stop as needed without fear of losing your responses.
To continue where you left off, please follow the below steps:
- Sign in to your Learn account.
- On the My Courses page, scroll down to the Certifications category.
- Click “Go to Certification” for the certification exam you are wanting to resume.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the certification exam title (next to the icon that has the x above the checkmark) to go to the exam.
- Click the “Continue Quiz” button to resume where you left off.
- Continue working on your certification exam until you either need to exit again or are ready to submit for grading.
