If you know the email addresses for the respondents, click "Send Passwords to Respondents". ![Send Passwords](https://knowledge.ttisi.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base/FAQ/Send%20Passwords.png?width=688&name=Send%20Passwords.png) Enter a subject for your email and a personal message for your respondents on the left side of this window. In the respondents field, enter the emails for each respondent, makings sure to hit enter/return between each address.  The email will include the link to the survey. Once all email addresses are added, click "Send" to send them each their personal password.   If you do not have a list of emails for the respondents, then you have two options on how to send the passwords to a client to distribute.  Click on "Export" to download a spreadsheet of the passwords you can use to track their distribution or send to a client.  ![Export Password](https://knowledge.ttisi.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base/FAQ/Export%20Password.jpg?width=688&name=Export%20Password.jpg) Or if you want to send the list of passwords to a client, click the "Email Passwords" and enter the client's email in the Recipient List to send a spreadsheet of the selected passwords.  ![Email Passwords](https://knowledge.ttisi.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base/FAQ/Email%20Passwords.jpg?width=688&name=Email%20Passwords.jpg) You can send to more than one address using this method.   **If you have any questions, or if something does not work, please reach out to our Partner Support Team member by clicking the chat button in the lower right corner, or call us at (800) 869-6908.  We will be happy to help.** -
