How do I create an Activity Report?

Activity reports are a great way to verify report counts and review who may still need to take an assessment for a client's need.

There are two different Activity Reports you can generate, an account and a link version.

Account Activity Report

The Account Activity Report will show a count of all reports generated in each link in the selected account, and any sub-accounts associated with it, but will not tell you who took the assessments.

To make an Account Activity Report, click the account or sub-account in the account list on the left side of IDS.

Then select "Account Management" to see this menu.

Click on "Create Activity Report" to open the window below

On this window, you can verify you have the correct account selected for the report. 

Next, enter the date range you want the report to include. 

Clicking the Email Report box will allow you to enter an email for the system to send the results to, otherwise, it will open the report in your browser. 

The format options are either HTML(a web form) or Comma-Delineated List(a spreadsheet). 

Once you have entered your information, clicking the "Request" button will generate your report.

 

Link Activity Report

A Link Activity Report will provide a detailed list of who has taken an assessment on a specified link, and when the report was generated.

To run the report, click on the name of the link you want the report for.

Click on "Link Management" at the top of the system.

Click "Create Activity Report" to open the window below.

The link name and ID will be listed, verify it is the correct link.

Next, select the date range for the report you want.

Lastly, if you want a copy of the report emailed, click on the Email Report box and enter the email in the field that is revieled. 

Once you are ready, click on the "Request" button to generate the report.
