How am I Billed for TTI's Services?

Being able to anticipate expenditures is vital to any business, so here is how our billing works.

Reports

Billing for reports generated in IDS for the month is billed on the first business day of the following month.  

Trainings

If you register for one of our trainings, whether it be for a VAA, an associate, or a client, you will be charged one week prior to the start of the training event, unless otherwise specified.  There is an exception for any training included with the initial signup package.

Product Purchases

If you have purchased any physical products from our online store, payment will be required as part of placing the order and is billed at the time the product is shipped.

We require you to keep a valid credit card on file due to our billing process. If there are any changes to your existing card, please call and ask the receptionist to speak with billing support.
