Your team has options to best support their learning style and engagement preferences!
- You can choose to register your team member for live virtual training where the theory of a science will be demonstrated through real-life applications. Before registering for this training, the team member must have fully completed the Learn theory course. Live virtual training works best for those learners who are more comfortable practicing with the material, interacting with peers, and will find added benefit from interaction with a live virtual instructor. A training includes the science assessment, a 30-minute assessment debrief, additional takeaway resources, and the certification exam upon completion of training. - You can choose to register your team member for a certification kit which includes the online video theory course and the certification exam. This option works best for a team member who prefers to learn at their own pace and on their own schedule, and does not need the live interaction of virtual training to be comfortable in applying what they learn. Certification kits are offered as a single science or in multiple sciences to allow you the flexibility to best meet the needs of your team members. - You can choose to train your team member before registering them to complete the certification exam. This option works best when you have the time, desire, and expertise to train a team member on your own or if they have previous experience.
