IDS Basics and Getting Started

Whether you are new to the network or returning, we have the scoop on how to get started using your IDS account.

IDS (Internet Delivery Service) is a unique program that allows you to administer your reports and their information from your account 24 hours a day, seven days a week (with an internet connection).

Internet Delivery Service (IDS)® is the platform located at https://www.ttiadmin.com/

IDS System Hierarchy

Accounts contain and organize all your links.

Sub Accounts Are individual accounts you can set up for each Client, Company, or Project.

Marketing/Complimentary Account is an account designed specifically for acquiring new clients.

Link  Is the "code" given to the Respondent to access the Assessment. Each account must have a link in order to obtain assessment results.

Reports Are the results of a completed Assessment. They will be located inside the link the respondent was given.

Billing is determined on a month-to-month basis.

Accounts

Your main account will be the first option you see in the menu to the left of your IDS account. It will always be above all other accounts. Sub-accounts will be listed below.

Tip: Within each account, you must have a link in order to have access to reports.

Sub-Accounts

Sub-accounts are typically used by clients, employees on your team, individual coaches, or as a way of filing/organizing your link(s) by client. You can find more information on utilizing these in this article: Link Organization and Management (Best Practices)

Marketing/Complimentary Account

In this account, you will see our most commonly requested report types available for use. This account was designed to help our network obtain new clients by creating assessment links at a lower rate of $5 per report. Once a client has decided to continue doing business with you, these reports can be converted and utilized for continued purposes.

How do I Create a Complimentary Report Link?

Links- Preferences can be changed per each individual link. Those preferences include whether or not the respondent will receive their report immediately after completing the assessment, additional email addresses that should receive a copy of the report, report limits, notifications, passwords, etc.

Here are articles that can help in creating your first link:

Tip: When adding customization(s), apply it to your main account so it will be accessible to all sub-accounts.

How do I Add my Logos and/or Tags to Reports?

Reports- will be located inside the link the respondent was given.

Tip: The report option you assign to the link determines which report version populates upon completion of the assessment. It also determines which questionnaire the respondent will take.

Billing Information- You can create a link at any time during the month. The reports that are produced from those links will be charged to the card on file at the beginning of the proceeding month. You are not charged per link, nor per attempt at assessment (in the case that a respondent does not complete their assessment) and are only charged per completed report inside of your IDS account. The charges are based on the price level of the account, the report type that was produced, and the number of reports.

Tip: To change the card on file that you would like to use for your monthly report usage, you must first access and complete setting up your MyTTISI account
