      What is a Gap Report?

      Once you have a benchmark for a position, you can take a deep look at how a person stacks up against the needs with a Gap Report.

      To generate a Gap Report, navigate to the IDS system.

      At the top of the page, click on "Report Management".

      In the dropdown menu, click "Create Gap Report".

      Select the type of report that matches the benchmark you created.

      Select the benchmark to be compared to, then select "Continue".

      Select the candidate you will be comparing to the position, then select "Continue".

      Verify all information is correct, and click "Merge Reports Now".

      Please Note: Creating a Gap Report will create a charge in your account.
