Price Level FAQ's

As you remain agile in the market, you might have to adjust your price levels. In order to help our network know what to expect, we have compiled the answers to our more frequently asked questions.

Where can I find out what my current price level is?

You can log into MyTTISI.com, and it will be on the main page under the latest activity section. Alternatively, you can call our phone number and ask a Solutions Consultant or your Business Development Consultant. 

Can I move price levels throughout the year?

You can only move UP in price levels throughout the year. Each month we calculate your total revenue and when you reach the next price level's minimum total, you are elevated to the next level. You will be invoiced at the new rate the following billing cycle.

What happens if I do not meet the same revenue range as my current price level?

You will only be dropped down a maximum of 1 price level, and this will only happen at the start of the new calendar year.

How is my revenue calculated?

The total revenue is based on purchases made between January 1st- December 31st of the current year. Your revenue includes any report, tangible product, training, certification, Learn, or Global purchases.

When do the price level changes go into effect?

We will adjust price levels accordingly at the beginning of January. You will be notified of your new price level a minimum of 10 business days before February billing.

What is the Matrix TTI SI uses to determine Price Level?
