How can I give a Client a New Password?
If you have a password that is not working, or needs to be reset, here is how to do this.
In your IDS account, locate the link that is having issues.
Click the link name to open the link info page and click "Edit" at the bottom of the window.
At the top of the window, click "Passwords" to access the password system.
Select the check box next to the name of the respondent password to change, then click the reset button.
