If someone comes to you and wants to be able to issue assessments, debrief their teams, and/or use the assessments for hiring without having to always pull you in, you can help them get certified.   What are my options? - [Certification kits](https://my.ttisi.com/training-and-certifications/client/certifications-and-kits/certification-kits) are designed to train and certify an individual in a single or multiple sciences. All materials (training + certification exam) needed to become certified are included in the kits. Certification kits are ideal when only a few individuals need to get certified, or in select sciences. - The [Learn Platform Subscription](https://my.ttisi.com/training-and-certifications/client/learn) is designed to train an unlimited number of individuals in a single or multiple sciences. With a subscription, you can register clients or team members for the available training courses and can track their progress. **[Certification exams](https://my.ttisi.com/training-and-certifications/client/certifications-and-kits/certifications) are purchased separately.** The Learn Subscription is ideal when multiple individuals need to get trained. **Note:** Both the Certification Kits and Learn Platform Subscription offer training in DISC, 12 Driving Forces®, and Emotional Quotient (EQ). The training courses are the same regardless of which option is purchased. - Live Training options are designed to train individuals in the sciences and will provide clarity, application, and insights for the assessment tool. Not all live training options were designed for clients, however, and it may be best to contact the main number listed at the bottom to speak to a representative if you have further questions.  A list of live training options that include certification are: - Emotional Quotient (EQ) - TriMetrix® HD certification and recertification - The Prioritized Leader (TPL)   Which option is best for me? If you would like to have a conversation with someone on the team to determine the best option for your unique situation, you can call the phone number listed at the bottom of this article and speak to a Business Development Consultant. We also have a few of the more common situations listed below for your reference.   I have: -3+ team members who can complete all 3 courses within 6 months (semi-annual option) -Unlimited/undetermined amount of team members that can go through all courses within 1 month (month-to-month option) -4+ team members who can complete all 3 courses within 12 months (annual option)   The subscription will enable you to have unlimited users with access to all 3 training courses. The users' access to these courses will rely on the subscription time frame, and they will not be able to get into their account if the subscription is not renewed. Exam fee not included.
