Once you have passed our certification exam(s), you are considered certified in the science(s) for the next 2 years. However, the process of accessing the certificate has recently changed. Here is what's new.
Previously when requesting a certification exam, we would have you enter the shipping address of the examinee on the form. We would then mail the physical certificate to the address given upon passing the exam.
To better support our network, we have made the certificates immediately available upon passing the exam(s) through the Learn platform. We also have also made digital badges for all of our certifications available!
What if I want both a mailed copy and a digital copy?

Will the Primary VAA receive a copy of the digital certificate?
How will individuals who (re)certify through attending a training receive a certificate?
Where will I see the changes?
On the exam registration form, you will notice there is the option labeled "Certificate Preference." This gives you the option to choose digital-only, or enter a mailing address to ship the physical version. You can view an exam registration form here.
What if I want both a mailed copy and a digital copy?
You can have both! All you have to do is enter a mailing address on the form when signing an individual up for an exam. All examinees will have access to their digital copy upon passing the exam.
Can the digital certificates be printed?
Yes, the certificates can be downloaded directly from Learn and printed.

Can the certificates and badges be displayed?
Yes, the certificates and badges can be displayed (unaltered) by any individual with an active certification.
Do individuals who registered for a certification exam before December 28th, 2020 still receive a physical certificate?
Yes, any exams ordered before December 28th, 2020 will receive a physical certificate as well as be able to download the digital copy from their Learn account.
Do individuals have access to a digital certificate through Learn if they completed an exam before December 28th, 2020?
Yes, Learn will appropriately backdate the “valid through date” on all certificates, as long as an exam was taken directly from Learn.
Will the Primary VAA receive a copy of the digital certificate?
No, the examinee will need to sign into their Learn account to download their digital, printable certificate. However, the Primary Value Added Associate (VAA) can request a digital copy of the certificate if needed by emailing certifications@ttisi.com or responding to the initial passing notification.
How will individuals who (re)certify through attending a training receive a certificate?
Following a training where an individual is eligible to receive a certificate, the digital certificate will be available to download through the individuals Learn account after the training has been completed.
