How do I Compare my Respondent's Data to a Job Benchmark?

Once the benchmark has been created, the candidate's data can be viewed side by side with it. This will give you a better idea of who may best fit this role.

The next step is to create a job candidate link.

It is key to match the report type to the benchmark report type.  For example, if you are measuring with a TriMetrix DNA Job, the link for the candidates should be a TriMetrix DNA.

Once all candidates have completed the assessments, the data can be compared to the benchmark via a GAP report, or all together in a Comparison report.
