What is a Benchmark?
A Benchmark is a specialized report that is created to identify the behaviors, motivators and skills required to be successful in the job.
How do we create one?
The report has best results when a group of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) are included to create the benchmark. Once the SMEs have defined the needs of the role, the report is generated. Once generated, a candidate, or candidates, for the role can be compared to the benchmark to gain insight on how each one fits the role from the selected assessment's scores.
