North American Account Access Levels
How are the access levels defined?
Primary VAA (CEO/Owner): Individual who is financially responsible for the business & signed the TTI Success Insights (TTI SI) contract. Receives TTI SI email communications.
- Financial support
- Pricing
- Changing credit card info
- Product orders
- Any product or system support
- Including changing account passwords
- Access to email communications
- Changes to Primary VAA on the account
Co-applicant: Partner/Co-Owner who is also financially responsible for the business & signed the TTI Success Insights (TTI SI) contract. This individual has the ability to change the person identified as the Primary VAA. Receives TTI SI email communications.
- Everything as listed for Primary VAA
Team Member - Full Access: Has the same level of access as a Primary VAA or Co-Applicant, but cannot request a change of the Primary VAA. Full support from TTI SI staff. Receives TTI SI email communications.
- Everything as listed above, minus changes to the Primary VAA
Team Member - Limited Access: Will only have support from TTI SI staff for portals they can sign into. This does not currently include my.ttisi.com. No fiscal information, nor the ability to change passwords without current access. Only receives communications for what the individual is registered for (ie. public emails, blog, training, or exam notifications).

- Support on products or systems if the login information is already known
- Access to email communications for something they have signed up for
Team Member - No Access: No support from TTI SI staff, the individual will be routed back to the Primary VAA. Only receives communications for what the individual is registered for (ie. public emails, blog, training, or exam notifications).

International Account Access Levels
How are the access levels defined?
Master Distributor (MD): Typically the CEO/Owner/Managing Director of the company. This individual who is financially responsible for the business & signed the TTI Success Insights (TTI SI) Master Distributor Agreement. Receives TTI SI email communications.
Master Distributor’s Employee: Has the same level of access as a MD, but cannot request a change of the MD. Full support from TTI SI staff. Receives TTI SI email communications per request of the Master Distributor.
International VAA (Authorized Provider): Typically the CEO/Owner of the company. This individual is financially responsible for the business & signed the TTI Success Insights International Authorized Provider contract. Receives TTI SI email communications.
International VAA’s Employee: Has the same level of access as an International VAA, but cannot request a change of the International VAA. Full support from TTI SI staff. Receives TTI SI email communications per request of the main Authorized Provider.

What is a Team Member/Employee?
A Team Member/Employee is someone who works for and is paid by the Primary VAA’s, Master Distributor, or International VAA’s company.
What is the difference between a Team Member/Employee and Client?
A client is someone that receives products and services from a Primary VAA’s, Master Distributor, or International VAA’s company. TTI SI does not offer support to clients and will refer them back to their TTI SI consultant. Team Members are supported by TTI SI to the extent as defined by the access level they are given.
